Ponkan Event Center is a spacious, versatile venue available for weddings, receptions, baby showers, birthday celebrations, family gatherings, celebrations of life, and other special occasions.
Our 24-hour weekend rental is $900, giving you plenty of time to decorate, celebrate, and enjoy your event without feeling rushed.

- 24-hour access to the building
- Key pickup on Friday before your Saturday event
- Cleanup and move-out by 11:00 AM Sunday
- 20 round tables
- 3 long tables
- 132 chairs
- Large commercial-style two-door refrigerator
- Working stove, oven, and microwave
- Cleaning supplies
- Large outdoor dumpster for event trash
- Plenty of parking
- Maximum occupancy of 132 guests
- Alcohol is permitted
Rental & Deposit
24-Hour Rental: $900
A $500 security deposit is required when the rental contract is signed. Your date is not reserved until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.
The $900 rental fee is due when the key is provided and the building is opened for your event.
A Few Venue Guidelines
We want you to enjoy your event while helping us keep the space clean and ready for the next celebration.
- 11:00 PM curfew: Events and guest activity must end by 11:00 PM. Failure to observe the curfew will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
- No glass bottles outdoors: Glass bottles may not be left on the ground or anywhere outside the building.
- Clean-up: The building must be returned in the same general condition in which it was received. A minimum $130 cleaning/damage deduction will be taken from the security deposit if additional cleanup is required.
Special & Sunday Rentals
Celebrations of life are offered at a reduced rate.
Sunday rentals may also be available at a reduced rate, depending on the type and length of event. Please contact us for Sunday rental pricing and availability.
